Helping women reconnect with their body and achieve well-being

The Desiring Mind: Food Cravings

Course Start Date October 2024

Are you a binge eater? Do you eat when you’re bored, stressed, or tired? Do you have a hard time not polishing off your plate?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this course is for you.

The Desiring Mind: Food Cravings will teach you about intentional eating, connecting to the hunger and satiation hormones in your body, and establishing a healthy relationship with the food on your plate.

Although there’s a good chance that by creating a good relationship with food you will lose weight, this is not a weight loss program. In fact, I strongly advocate against any short-term program that promises you weight loss and makes you believe that there’s something wrong with your body as it is.

Your body is a force of nature. It’s resilient. It’s beautiful in any shape or form. It’s the accumulation of six million years of evolution.

It’s a wonder and a work of art!

So, let’s try to understand what your body is telling you instead of fighting it.

In The Desiring Mind: Food Cravings, you’ll:

  • Develop a healthy relationship with the food on your plate.
  • Explore practical strategies for managing food cravings.
  • Increase your overall well-being.
  • Fall in love with your body as it is.

As a woman in my middle age and a mother of two daughters, I experienced the weight of cultural expectation for my body, and as a mother, for my daughter’s body.

It’s frustrating to see the way an unhealthy mindset is planted in the minds of girls from an early age, alienating them from their own bodies.

On the other hand, I meet a lot of clients who struggle with prediabetes and Type 2 diabetes who need help reducing cravings, especially from the sweet tooth.

My wish is for you to fall in love with your body so you care for it out of love and compassion.

Classroom Discussion Group

Above all, I believe in the value of a community to foster well-being. I invite you to join the Bee Well Herbal Classroom Facebook Group, a closed group of current and former students, where you can be part of a like-minded community.

In the group, I share content and hold space for answering questions every Wednesday. You’re invited to share your experiences in the group, ask questions, and contribute your unique “seasoning” to the discussions.

Remember, the more you contribute to the community, the more you gain from the course and from being part of the community.

This course lays the foundation for the energetics of the fall season.

While I’m able to answer general questions on the topic in our Facebook Group, if you have individual health concerns relating to this topic, I invite you to book a meet and greet session with me to discuss your individual needs.

This course is for you if:

  • You’re a binge eater who craves either sweets or salty snacks and needs help controlling your cravings.
  • You’re overweight and have tried many strict diets, lost some weight, but always gained it back and more.
  • You’re looking for a long-term sustainable way to lose weight for your overall well-being.
  • You use food as comfort and are looking to create a better relationship with the food on your plate.

Please let me introduce myself! My name is Lior:  Woman, mother of three, and herbalist who followed her dream fourteen years ago and started Bee Fields Farm.  I’ve spent my summers seeding, weeding, harvesting, and making plant-based medicine. In the winter, my attention turned to studying functional medical herbalism. Through years of study and experience, my focus has shifted, and I am now devoting my business to helping women who struggle with inflammation.

As an herbalist, I bring together my direct experience with the plants in the garden and a science-based approach to the human body. More than anything, studying herbalism led me to a journey of self-healing. I now connect with my body in a way I never could before. Just think: Our bodies developed for more than six million years in tandem with nature. Before processed foods and chemical additives, nature provided everything the body needed. Rediscover your body’s connection to nature and regain agency over your body’s well-being. Embracing healthy habits can lead to true freedom, leading to a better you.

My courses will take you on a journey of self-discovery that will open your mind to a new way of being: well-being!

    I believe that herbalism is:
